Re:Function Health Group is an established firm with 5 clinics in the Lower Mainland, 2 clinics on Vancouver Island, and 1 clinic in the Okanagan. We provide functional capacity evaluations, cognitive capacity evaluations, vocational consulting (return to work planning, ergonomics, and job demands analyses), occupational rehabilitation, and community health services (PT, OT, Counselling) to employers, WSBC, ICBC, LTD carriers, the provincial Work BC network, lawyers, and the public. What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for an individual with the skills and energy to assist clients who have sustained a variety of work-related injuries. The Kinesiologist will work in an Occupational Rehab 2 (OR2) program, alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Counsellors, and Physicians. The goal of the program is to support injured workers through their rehabilitation journey with the ultimate goal of returning to work.

What You Need to Be Successful:
For the current employment opportunity, we request candidates to have 12 months of experience providing active rehabilitation or strength and conditioning programming. Training and mentorship are available for candidates who do not quite meet the requirements.
