Functional Capacity Evaluations

Our Functional Capacity Evaluations are customized to examine the functional consequences of specific impairments and specific occupational demands.   The evaluations are lengthy (8 hours) to examine both functional capacity and tolerance for work activities over regular work shifts.  Each evaluation includes:

•    A Thorough Review of Medical History

•    Client Interview

•    Standardized Work Sample Tests

•    Epic Lift Capacity Evaluation

•    Work Simulation Activities

Cost of future care analysis and recommendations may be facilitated or substantiated with the information measured from the Functional Capacity Evaluation. Legal customers may want to request this service, in combination with a Functional Capacity Evaluation, to optimize breadth of opinion while capitalizing efficiency and cost effectiveness.
