Return to Work Support
Re: Function has ample experience assisting injured workers with their transition back to their pre-injury job. We provide this service under contract with WorkSafeBC and for many other stakeholders such as employers, long-term disability insurers, unions, lawyers, and independent case managers. Services include:
• Job Site Visits
• Job Demands Analyses
• Graduated Return to Work Planning
• Job Coaching
• Ergonomic Assessments
Our Occupational Therapists and Kinesiologists liaise with employers, case managers, physicians and other health professionals to safely transition clients back to work. Re:Function has successfully assisted over 6,000 workers to return to work after an impairment.
