Re:Function clinicians evaluate physical, behavioural, and cognitive functioning as they relate to specific occupational demands.  The assessment includes a multi-hour work simulation for worker's current or future job demands (e.g. commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, Education Assistant, etc.) Assessments can also include a lesson in how to operate heavy equipment or drive commercially*.  The comprehensive Work Simulation Report includes specific, individualized recommendations to support employment success. 

 

*to try driving a commercial vehicle the client needs the relevant learners licence for Class 1, 2, 3 or 4.
